Rotating and vibrating concentric circles (2001)
Do the concentric rings rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise? Does the center of the patterns whirl and scintillate?
Answer: the image do not move at all, it is the visual disturbance due to the repetition of bright and dark decorative elements that causes these virtual rotations.
